When a job starts, an estimate is held; whatever it does not use is refunded when it ends. A company or person that is not found costs nothing.
Worked examples
- Find 1,000 companies and email the ones with an address: 1 credit per company, 1 per email. At most 2,000 credits, the Starter plan.
- Email 500 verified decision makers: 500 × 4 + 500 × 1 = 2,500 credits.
- A market report (competitors, buyers, market entry rules): 60 credits.

- Starting is free: you get 500 credits on signup, no credit card. When they run out, pick a monthly plan or top up.
- What happens when credits run out?
